Finding Invoices

You can access your invoice history directly from your account settings. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Home screen of the team you’d like invoices for in the Cosine web app.
  2. Click the Settings tab in the navigation.
  3. Select the Billing tab on the left sidebar.
  4. Click the View Portal button.

This will redirect you to the Stripe billing portal, where subscriptions can be managed and cancelled and invoice history can be viewed.

Once you’re in the Stripe portal:

  • Scroll to the Invoice History section.
  • You’ll see a list of all past transactions (if you’ve made any payments).
  • Click on any invoice to open a detailed billing page.
  • From there, you can view or download the invoice as a PDF.
  • If you don’t see any invoices, it may be that no payments have been processed yet.
  • If you’re redirected but don’t land on the billing page, try refreshing or check your browser’s pop-up settings.
