This week, we’re rolling out a new enhancement to AutoPM, our multi-agent product manager for Genie.

You can now enable AutoPM directly from your Linear, Slack, and Jira integrations—giving you greater control over where and how AutoPM gets involved.

What’s New?

Each integration (Linear, Slack, Jira) now includes a dedicated toggle for AutoPM:

  • Enable AutoPM per integration based on your team’s workflow

  • Once toggled on, AutoPM automatically activates for all Genie tasks started from that integration

  • Fine-tuned control—turn it on for a Slack triage, leave it off for Jira tickets, or any combination you prefer

This update is designed to give you more flexibility to shape how AutoPM engages across your workflows, without needing to manage things on a task-by-task basis.

Additional Updates

Other additional changes we've made alongside this release include:

  • Backend-Served Feature Flags - feature flags are now evaluated on our backend, preventing ad blockers from interfering and ensuring consistent feature delivery

  • Per-User Feature Flags - flags are now evaluated individually, allowing custom or beta features to be enabled for specific users or teams

Some users—especially those using ad blockers—reported they weren't receiving certain features such as AutoPM. With backend-delivered flags and per-user targeting, all enabled functionality now reaches the right users reliably, and our team can roll out experimental features with ease.
